Community tent

This temporary canopy for events and parties at Greenlink Community Centre in Plymouth was designed to be installed and maintained by the local organisers. The poles are installed to simple ground sockets with a specially made, rotating-head Fairey lift; these are guyed with ratchet-strap tensioners and the multi-point hypar sail is raised into place with spliced-rope block and tackle, making it quick and easy to install and remove while being very robust and safe
